Overview
This is a WikiDeal contract template for babysitting services. It defines the standard conditions, options, and adaptive modalities applicable to babysitting arrangements within the WikiDeal marketplace.
This is a Prototype 1 proposal. Options will be refined through Open Calls and Steering Committee input.

Option SLEEP — Overnight Presence

Available options:
- Option A — The babysitter sleeps at the family's home overnight
- Option B — The babysitter returns home the same evening
ℹ If Option A is selected, an overnight allowance applies. Legal work rights must be verified if the arrangement is paid (see Option PAY below).

Available options:
- Option 1 — Voluntary (no monetary compensation; mutual goodwill acknowledged)
- Option 2 — Semi-voluntary (symbolic compensation or in-kind exchange)
- Option 3 — Fully paid (legal employment conditions apply; work permit required)
ℹ If Option 3 is selected, the babysitter must hold valid legal work rights in the country of service.

- Option Yes — Joins the neighborhood shared babysitting network
- Option No — Standard bilateral arrangement only
ℹ If Option Yes: the sitter must accept at least 20% of network requests to remain active. Below this threshold, the account is temporarily deactivated.
