馃挰 Submit a proposal: open to all. No email needed: just log in, then post your ideas and links in the Discussion tab of this page. You can then raise a Request for Comments (RFC) to draw attention to your proposal and get community comments.
This banner links contributors to the Request for Comments mechanism. Add {{RFC}} near the top of every Open Call page.
By default the banner points to the Discussion tab of the page it is placed on. On index pages (for example the general Open Call page), use the where parameter to redirect contributors to the Discussion tab of each individual call instead: {{RFC|where=the Discussion tab of the call you are responding to}}
