A valid proposal specifies the exact change proposed, its costs, its expected benefits and evidence, and includes the full AI transparency disclosure if any AI tools were used (the questions to answer are listed in the proposed Terms of Use of AI). The call has no deadline: it closes once a first simple version has been adopted.
