This observatory is under construction and not yet active. It is part of the WikiDeal observatories: citizen-run, participatory and volunteer-based.
The Planned Obsolescence observatory is intended to watch obsolescence risks and practices: research on obsolescence by industry, comparative durability studies, and proposals feeding WikiDeal's market strategy. The approach, including a dedicated Living Lab observatory on obsolescence, is already documented on Planned Obsolescence, which remains the reference page.
