This page is a future call for ideas on how WikiDeal would collect and show all these legal references. It is not open yet, and nothing is decided.

What this call is intended to be about
Contracts on WikiDeal would always rest on legal references. The Market portals are therefore intended to include repertoires of the laws relevant to each market, ordered from the most fundamental to the most specific: constitutions, then codes and statutes, down to the specific rules that apply to a given activity.
A first strategic question is pointing versus copying. The initial hypothesis, proposed as a working basis, is to point to the official external sources rather than to copy them internally, with a bot that maintains the links up to date and, when a source has disappeared, retrieves it from the Internet Archive (archive.org). Keeping full internal copies does not seem pertinent at this stage; this call is intended to examine that hypothesis.
This draft call, considered an important one, is intended to invite jurists with a strong wiki culture to design the strategy for the collection, conservation, verification and availability of all the legal documents that serve as references for contracts.
