Whereas (considerations)
- Whereas the aggrieved party has provided evidence of harm caused by the other party's late arrival — tick one option:
- ☐ Option 1: late arrival of the babysitter (service provider), causing the client to lose a work activity ([describe: e.g. half-day of work missed]);
- ☐ Option 2: late arrival of the parents / adults in charge (the client), later than the agreed end of the session, causing the babysitter to incur a taxi fare (no night public transport left);
- Whereas the agreed time was considered fixed and not flexible;
- Whereas the parties (or the arbiter) find the compensatory measure below proportionate to the harm — see Compensatory Measures.
