Conflicts over edits and social interactions: observing before regulating

WikiDeal expects that conflicts over edits and social interactions in general will appear over time, as they do on Wikipedia. The approach proposed as a working basis is to observe to what extent such conflicts actually happen, how serious or problematic they turn out to be, and how well the community manages them, before adding heavier rules. The capacity to seek consensus and to contribute in a participatory way is also one of the criteria envisaged for granting administration rights (see how to contribute).
