What this call is intended to be about
This draft open call is intended to invite an in-depth analysis of the architecture and the legal keys to success, both general and per country or region, in matters of:
- payment guarantees;
- guarantees in case of default or damages;
- compensation.
Such a guarantee policy would be at the heart of the trust and the durability of the global marketplace. The cultural side of the question, the culture of guarantors, is sketched on the Warrant Culture page.
