Meta Portal (WikiOps)

What this portal is for

Every other portal of this wiki is about the WikiDeal model (economy, governance, trust, research). The Meta portal is different: it is about the wiki itself and about the construction of the platform. It answers four practical needs:

• "Where do I find things?" → the content maps and the site structure.
• "How is content managed?" → versioning, languages, approval.
• "Where does the project construction stand?" → Prototype 1 and its deliverables.
• "How is AI used, and who deserves credit?" → AI transparency, licensing and credits.

Find your way: the content maps

Two index pages map the whole wiki, and they are deliberately different:

• Wiki Core Index: the map of the knowledge side (mission, rules, governance, legal, economic and technical architecture). Read it to understand how WikiDeal works.
• Wiki Deals Index: the map of the practical side (the actual contracts, use cases and community initiatives). Read it to see what you can do with WikiDeal.
• All Pages: the complete inventory of the Gov space, page by page, with the migration status of each page.
• Site Structure and Portals: how the wiki is organised in spaces and portals, and the naming conventions.

How content is managed

• Content Versioning: every version of every page is kept; this page explains how changes are tracked, approved and reversible, and how forks are prevented.
• Language Policy: the working rule for languages. The English version is the reference and is updated first; translations follow and always link back to the English original.

The construction of the platform

Two pages track the build of WikiDeal, and the distinction between them matters:

• Prototype 1: the parameters of the first version (funding target, bonding curve settings, phases). It describes what Prototype 1 is.
• Prototype 1 Deliverables: the commitments attached to the first CHF 1,000,000 funding round (an annex to the Funding Contract), organised in milestones. It describes what Prototype 1 must deliver, notably including the results of the wave 2 open calls.
• Technical Specs: the technical specifications (starter page, to be expanded).

AI transparency, licensing and credits

• Internal AI: the mandatory AI transparency rule; any AI contribution to content, proposals, code or analysis is disclosed.
• AI Deviation Risks: how WikiDeal intends to contribute to reducing the societal risks linked to AI.
• Licensing: the free licenses of the content (CC BY-SA 4.0) and of the software (AGPLv3).
• Credits: where the ideas come from and who deserves a thank-you.
