What is it?

It produces reports that feed directly into Open Calls and into governance decisions, helping the community see clearly and act early.

By gathering and publishing these signals, the observatory turns scattered observations into shared, actionable knowledge. Its findings help prioritize Open Calls and steer governance. The exact indicators tracked and reporting cadence are documented progressively as the platform evolves.
