In 2024, WikiDeal is launching the vision and gathering contributions to make it happen: operational developers (tech/legal/markets), a steering committee, donors & investors.

WIkiDeal plans to facilitate the participative development of the following services:

1. A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based on MediaWiki, see details here.
2. Fundamental rules and legal issues, adapted from Wikimedia Foundation Terms of Use and related principles.
3. Models of legal contracts helping you create deals.
4. Two initial fully packed examples:
   1. Grant management deal models to monitor donations & subventions for NGOs.
   2. Simplified chamber of arbitration, to be ready for conflict management.
