The process differs from the other calls: developers first post their questions on the mockup and their offer (references, sums requested in cash and in Rewards); the steering committee then contacts and mandates a provider to develop, submit to test, adapt, then maintain the service for 12 months after delivery, each improvement being paid by the hour.
